Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Retireo Retirement Technologies Inc. governing your use of the Retireo website and subscription web application (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

The Service

Retireo is a subscription web application that provides self-directed retirement planning tools, including retirement budgeting, a Social Security claiming-age calculator, income and drawdown modeling, required-minimum-distribution timelines, and estate-document organization. The Service is delivered entirely online as a recurring subscription and involves no physical fulfillment.

Not Financial, Tax, or Legal Advice

Retireo provides software tools and general educational information only. It does not provide individualized financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, does not act as a fiduciary, and does not recommend any specific security, product, or course of action. All outputs are illustrative estimates based on the information you enter. You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions and should consult a licensed professional before acting on any results.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your account credentials secure, and to accept responsibility for all activity under your account. Subscriptions renew automatically according to the tier you select until cancelled.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, copy or resell its tools or content, or rely on its outputs as a substitute for professional advice.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its calculators, content, design, and trademarks, is the property of Retireo or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Service and may not reproduce or distribute any part of it without permission.

SMS Messaging – Promotional Marketing Only

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive promotional marketing text messages from Retireo. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of using our services.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number that messaged you. After you send STOP, we will send you a reply message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. For help or more information, text HELP to the number that messaged you, or email us at support@retireo.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Supported carriers include: AT&T, T-Mobile, Metro PCS, Verizon Wireless, US Cellular, Google Voice, Cellular One, Cellcom, Cellular South, Interop, and Clearsky.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service and all calculations, projections, and information it provides are offered "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any estimate or result, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Retireo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any financial loss or decision made in reliance on the Service, arising from your use of the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of the company's organization, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. We will post the updated Terms, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the changes.
